Starting and stopping IBM Serviceable Event Provider

You can start and stop the IBM® Serviceable Event Provider manually.

When the registered listener runs the subscribe command on IBM PowerKVM system, the listener checks the state of IBM Serviceable Event Provider and starts it, if not started already.
