The RAIM technology [10] introduces redundancy, including error correction technology, at
every level of the memory hierarchy. While being primarily designed as a RAS feature to protect
against random bit flips in huge memory configurations, RAIM also provides protection against the
row hammer memory attack that forcefully tries to trigger bit flips.
