This MaxClients variable is used to increase the number of IBM® HTTP Server (IHS) network clients to accommodate the amount of concurrent load to be expected on the system.
The highest ECM workload level that was used for the scale-out test involved 1000 virtual ICN
users at a maximum.
In this case study:
File /opt/IBM/HTTPServer/conf/httpd.conf was edited so that the value of
MaxClients was increased from 600 to 1000.
