This is an operating system independent message that
is issued by the storage system. The possible reason codes indicate
the following problems: 00 No Message. 01 The channel has requested
unit check sense data. 02 The channel has requested retry and retry
is exhausted. 03 A SA Check-2 error has occurred. This sense is presented
with Equipment Check. 04 The channel has requested retry and retry
is not possible.
