The required commands for CSNBSKY.

This verb requires the Secure Messaging for Keys command (offset X'0273') to be enabled in the active role.

To use a K0 TR-31 token as a SECMSG key in parameter secmsg_key_identifier, the SKY - Allow K0 for secmsg key identifier command (offset X’03F3') must be enabled.
