The required commands for CSNBFPEE.

This verb requires the FPE Encrypt command (offset X'02CF') to be enabled in the active role. This ACP is ON by default in z/OS®. If DUKPT is specified, the verb also requires the DUKPT - PIN Verify, PIN Translate command (offset X'00E1') to be enabled if you employ DUKPT processing.
