This verb does not adjust the key parity of the source key.

This is a legacy service. Use it only if you need TR-31 KEKs for legacy key communications. If you need to import a TR-31 external token to a CCA target key token, then you should use the CSNBT31I service. Or if you need to import a TR-31 external token to an internal TR-31 output key block, then you should use the CSNBT31X service.
