This document describes how to install and use the current version of the Library for IBM® Cryptographic Architecture (libica).

libica is a library of cryptographic functions used to write cryptographic applications on Linux® on IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE, both with and optionally without cryptographic hardware exploitation.
