Updates for kernel 6.19, 7.0, and 7.1

This edition (SC33-8411-52) contains changes related to the 6.19, 7.0, and 7.1 kernel releases.
New information
- New information describes optics monitoring for PF access mode network adapters. It introduces the
opticsmon.serviceservice that is required on IBM z17 for NETD and related PF access mode devices, and documents the opticsmon command for collecting and reporting optical module diagnostics, see - The network adapter information has been expanded with information about Network Express adapters, the IBM Integrated Network Adapter 100G (IBM INA 100G), NETD devices, and PCI identifiers, see Identifiers
- Memory hotplug information has been expanded to describe explicit configuration of standby memory blocks, the memmap-on-memory setting, additional chmem usage for configuring, adding, and removing memory blocks, and the corresponding sysfs representation and behavior, see Memory hotplug.
- Support has been added for mounting DCSS‑based filesystems with the Linux Direct Access (DAX) option to bypass the page cache, including prerequisites and the required mount option, see Mounting a filesystem on a DCSS with DAX support.
- A new module parameter for the zcrypt modules paes_s390 and phmac_s390 controls whether the module accepts clear key token material, see Support modules

Changed Information
- The tape device driver no longer supports physical tapes, and the descripiton has been updated accordingly, see Channel-attached tape device driver.

Deleted Information
- The commands tape390_crypt and tape390_display are obsolete and their descriptions have been removed. The last edition of this publication that contains the descriptions is SC33-8411-51.
