Uninstalling the central or distributed VM Manager Tool

To uninstall the central or distributed VM Manager Tool, run the Uninstall VM Manager Tool fixlet from the BigFix® console.

About this task

The following procedure applies to the central and distributed VM Manager Tool. If you use the disconnected VM Manager Tool, see: Uninstalling the disconnected VM Manager Tool.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the BigFix console.
  2. In the navigation tree, go to Sites > External > IBM License Reporting (ILMT) > Fixlets and Tasks.
  3. Select Uninstall VM Manager Tool, and click Take Action.
    The image shows how to run Take Action.
  4. Select the computer on which the VM Manager Tool is installed, and click OK.
