Browsing the software catalog

You can browse the software catalog to check information about products, their components, and signatures that cause component detections. For Cloud Paks, you can see non-containerized products that can be used under the Cloud Pak, their license metrics, and ratios through which products contribute to metric utilization of the Cloud Pak.

• To browse information about software products and Cloud Paks, go to Reports > Products & Metrics.
  • When you click the name of a product, you can view information about its available versions.
  • When you click the name of a Cloud Pak, you can see non-containerized products that can be used under the Cloud Pak, their license metrics, and ratios through which products contribute to metric utilization of the Cloud Pak.
• To browse information about software components, go to Reports > Software Components. When you click the name of a component, you can see details about software signatures that are used to discover the component as installed.
