Collecting custom computer properties with disconnected scanner (disconnected scenario)

9.2.25 Available from 9.2.25. To collect custom computer properties from computers that are monitored by the disconnected scanner, define the properties in the computer_properties.yml file. Then, add the properties on the Computer Properties panel in License Metric Tool.

Procedure

Define values of custom computer properties.
1. Log in to the computer from which you want to collect custom properties.
2. Open the <scanner install dir>/config/computer_properties.yml file and specify the name and value of the custom property in the following format.
```
<property_name>: <property_value>
```
  For example:
```
department: procurement
```
Log in to License Metric Tool and add the same properties on the Custom Properties panel. For more information, see: Adding custom computer properties.
