Upgrading from old versions

Some setups of the License Metric Tool environment do not allow for straight upgrade to the latest version of License Metric Tool. For such setups, follow a dedicated procedure that indicates to which version the License Metric Tool server, the BigFix server, the database, and the operating system should be upgraded and in what order.
