Getting started with Journey Designer

Use Journey Designer to create and collaborate on storyboards, to define the customer journey that will help you reach your marketing goal.

A storyboard is like a shared whiteboard, where your team can sketch out the entire customer journey.

But a storyboard is not just a sketch. Tight integration with IBM Campaign, Programs, and Watson™ Campaign Automation means you can implement the journey as soon as you're done.

To design a journey, you just drag and drop touchpoints like email, events, SMS, and mobile push, onto the canvas. Collaborate and chat in real time, as you define all stages of the journey.

Use the Timeline View to see a daily breakdown of internal due dates and touchpoint in-market dates. You'll be notified if any of the dates change, so you can keep an eye on things.

When you've laid out the journey, use Watson Campaign Automation to build, test, and schedule emails, landing pages, and mobile push. You can also use IBM Campaign or Programs, or any other implementation tool that is available to you.
