GPI Flow Configuration

In order to use the GPI functionalities, your organizations will need to be configured with the GPI feature. If your organization does not currently have access to the GPI feature, please contact your administrator.

This topic will only cover the changes necessary for enabling GPI options for your organization in your flow. For general information on managing the flows of the platform, see the Flows topic.

GPI Engine

To enable the GPI engine on a transaction processing flow, go to Configuration > Flow section:

  • From the flows list screen, click on the flow for which you want to configure the GPI engine and click on Edit button, or click on Create a new flow.

  • Click the Next button until you get to the Engines tab.

  • Select the GPI Enrichment option.

  • Click the Next button to go to the Options tab. The GPI service level option is mandatory when activating the GPI engine. All transactions processed using that flow will be flagged as GPI transactions and the service level value will be G001 for MX messages and 001 for MT messages.

  • Click the Next button until you get to the Review tab. The Edit/Create button will now be active. Click the Edit/Create button to save your changes.
