Organization management
To manage organizations, you must go to the Administration menu and click on Organizations. This section of the administration manages organizations and allows editing of their information like addresses or limits.
The organization management is restricted to specific roles. If you do not have access to this part of the platform and need to manage an organization, please contact your administrator.
New Organizational structure
Our product provides an organizational structure that allows a Client Organization to create several sub-organizations. Each sub-organization can create its sub-organizations, and so on up to 5 levels deep: this allows separation of data. For example, a client can manage its different branches by representing each of them using sub-organizations.
Under the organization’s dropdown, users could see which organizations they have access to. It will be presented as a tree structure.
The first organization will be the user’s “belongs to” organization. Below that would be sub-organizations under the “belongs to” organization. Performing actions such as creating users or initiating payments, will only affect the selected organization. Users without access will not be able to see data from other organizations.
Users with the organization management role could manage the organization they have access to (except Client Organization). To create an organization, the user must choose a Parent Organization and give a Unique Identification (35 characters maximum and unique among Client level). The list of Parent Organizations is based on the organization that the user has access to. The newly created organization will be under the parent organization as a sub-organization.

Organization creation
General information step
When creating a new organization, you can specify the following general information:
-
Name: the specific name of the new organization is required. The name will be displayed on the platform navbar and used in email communications.
-
Unique identification: a unique identifier for the organization is required.
-
Logo file: an optional logo for the organization. You can upload a file (120px/26px, Max file size: 100KB, Format: jpeg or png) to give an image to the organization in the platform and the email communications.
-
Parent organization: this option is available when creating a sub-organization under an existing parent organization. Select the required parent organization from the dropdown tree structure.
-
Timezone: a timezone of the organization to determine the display of time in the system is required.
-
Whitelisted IPs: to limit and control user access. It allows you to create lists of trusted IP addresses or IP ranges from which your users can access your organization.
Processing options step
You can specify some processing options for the organization to process transactions into the platform:
Select the authorized currencies:
-
Source currencies: origin currencies for the organization’s transactions.
-
Destination currencies: destination currencies for the organization’s transactions.
To choose more than one item in a list, keep the control key (Ctrl) depressed while clicking a new item in the list. You can also select all the items by clicking the All button.
-
Authorized operation types: the operations the organization can process.
The organization daily limits are calculated per network (WIRE and AFT). This means that the daily limit is configured separately for the WIRE network and the AFT network. To limit transactions sent by the organization, you specify the daily limits allowed for each network (WIRE or AFT):
-

If Swift Test Mode is ON, holidays are not checked, lead days are not taken into account, and transactions with a future date are sent.
