HBO8297E SDUMP FAILED FOR ABEND `abend` , RC= `rc` , RSN= `rsn`


   Explanation
     The zIIP API Functional Recovery Routine intercepted an ABEND in SRB processing. The FRR
attempted to generate diagnostics via SDUMP. The return code from SDUMP indicated an error. The
abend represents the original abend code. The rc is the SDUMP return code and the
rsn is the SDUMP reason code.
