Explanation

A time-out occurs.
User response
The Distributed Gateway service is not available on the configured
ip and port number. Check that the Distributed Gateway machine
is reachable, the Distributed Gateway service is started, and is configured to listen on the
specified port number. If the problem persists, see the IBM®
Software Support website.
