No Records are coming through the CDP Factory

The following common errors are likely:

  1. Ensure that the topic name you set in your values.yaml file or deployment file matches the topic name that you created when setting up your CDP policy. This topic name should be used in the "consumer_<smf record #>" section of your deployment files. For more information, see Creating a policy to stream SMF data.

    Note: If using Helm, you might need to create the topic name section yourself.

  2. Ensure that the instana agent is configured to instrument JDBC to DB2 calls. For more information, see Configuring Instana Agent
