Enabling tracing for the Data Streamer

For certain problems, IBM® Software Support might request that you enable tracing for the Data Streamer.

About this task

For the Data Streamer, you can enable tracing in one of the following ways:
  • Enable tracing at startup by modifying the trace parameter in the STDPARM DD.
  • Enable dynamic tracing by using the MVS MODIFY command.
