Installing and configuring Z APM Connect CICS TS Data Producer

If you need to monitor your CICS subsystem, Z APM Connect CICS® TS Data Producer (CICS TS Data Producer) must be installed and configured into all CICS TS environments that require monitoring. The CICS TS Data Producer is a component of IBM Z® APM Connect that runs inside the CICS TS region and sends events to Z APM Connect Base address space, which forwards events to the Z APM Connect Distributed Gateway which aggregates all elements of the transaction flow and then send to Instana backend.
