AGMAA08E Unable to find Collector location

Explanation
The Collector was unable to find the TTServerString parameter
in the AGMAPARM dataset specifying the location (TCPIP address and port) of the
Distributed Gateway.

System action
Collector is shut down.

Administrator response
 Review the AGMAPARM dataset, and specify a valid
TTServerString parameter pointing to the Distributed Gateway. Restart the IBM® Z APM Connect Base.
