AGMA0011E `subsys` Token Prefix Invalid - not between 0 and 255

Explanation
 The Unique Token prefix specified in the AGMATokenPrefix parameter
of AGMAPARM is invalid- it must be a number between 0 and 255. Message

System action
 Unique token prefix is set to 1. 

Administrator response
 Check the value of the AGMATokenPrefix parameter in
AGMAPARM, and correct as necessary. Restart the Z APM Connect Base to activate the new Token
Prefix.
