Assigning access to contracts in a group

As a platform administrator, use a contract access manager to give roles access privileges to contracts in one or more contract groups.

To control access to the contracts in a contract group, create a contract access manager to link one or more roles with the contract group. These roles can then access the contracts in the contract group. If more than one contract group is linked to the contract access manager, then these roles can access the contracts in all of these contract groups.

In the Tenant Management view, use contract access managers to control access to your contracts.
