Monitoring status through KPIs
On the KPI dashboard, you can view a KPI status summary for your KPIs. Only the KPIs that you have permission to view are displayed. View the current KPI status so that you can analyze trends in your organization, and plan a response to events and problems.
KPI color code
Each KPI is represented by a colored cell, where the cell color for a KPI reflects its status. Your administrator configures the colors that represent a KPI's status.
KPI status updates
How often the KPI status and values are read is configured by your administrator. Your administrator also configures how often the KPI dashboard is refreshed.
When a KPI value is updated, the KPI dashboard displays the appropriate status color after the next dashboard update interval. If the KPI status changes, an alert is generated and the Alerts button is updated. You can configure your alert settings in your user profile.
