About this task
An analytic factor is a property that is used as input data for an analytic. You can configure how each analytic factor is applied.
Procedure
To manage incident analytics:
- In the navigation menu, click .
- Click Create to add an analytic or select an analytic to edit.
- For each analytic, select a start time for when the analytic runs, and how often the analytic runs.
- For each analytic, select the boundary area type and ID.
- For each analytic, specify any data to exclude from the analytic. For example, you might exclude larceny or robbery if the database includes both minor and major crime. The displayed status of each analytic indicates whether the analytic is New, Waiting for another analytic to complete running, Training on new data, Applying changes, Completed, or Failed.
- Optional: Specify the targeted and all incident data sources, and the targeted incident type property, to be used for each analytic. If you do not specify values, the default values that are specified in the data source mapping configuration page are applied to the analytic.
