Monitoring dashboards

From the Monitoring tab, users with the Developer and the IBM® Support role can view different dashboards to understand both the API and the application usage and performance.

The following types of dashboards are available:

System Usage

This dashboard provides you with an overview of the following activities:

API usage
Tokens
Errors
Inventory actions
Events
File publish rate

API characteristics

This dashboard shows a summary of the API actions.

Application Performance

This dashboard provides a summary of the performance of the user interfaces, such as APIs.

It provides the following features:

Multiple charts are provided.
You can customize the data range by using the date range and interval picker.
Information is displayed in a line chart and tabular format.
You can hover over the line charts for more detailed information.

Multiple functions are provided by the following chart tools:

Zoom and pan: Zoom into a specific time window to alter the start time and the end time.
Reset: Reset the graph view to the original view.
Data export: Export all data points in CSV format.
Expand full screen: Expand the screen view to full screen mode.

The Monitoring dashboards are enabled for the preproduction and production environments.

Note: Monitoring is available only in the production and preproduction environments.

The dashboards that are available are categorized by the name of the product subscription. You can view the dashboards that are available under the name of the product subscription.
