Integrating

Sterling Intelligent Promising requires certain data sets to make promising decisions.

At minimum, you must configure your fulfillment network, ship node capacity schedules, lead times, ship node processing times, carrier pickup schedules at the ship node and carrier transit times. For more information, see Managing.

Additionally, you must propagate inventory updates from your source systems to IBM® Sterling Intelligent Promising. Once you configure the necessary data, you can integrate your e-commerce or order capture channels. For more information, see API Integration for pre-purchase workflows.
