Modifying an integration node on Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems

Use the mqsichangebroker command on Windows, Linux®, and UNIX to modify your integration node.

To modify an integration node on Windows, Linux, and UNIX:

Procedure

  1. Stop the integration node by using the mqsistop command.
  2. Enter the mqsichangebroker command, specifying the integration node name and one or more parameters that you want to change. 
    mqsichangebroker IB10NODE

<-t | -n> <-l UserLilPath> 
<-g ConfigurationTimeout> <-k ConfigurationDelayTimeout>

    where IB10NODE is the integration node name.

  3. Restart the integration node by using the mqsistart command. The integration node restarts with the new properties.

Results

You have changed the parameters for the integration node.

You cannot change all the parameters with which you created an integration node. If you cannot change a property by using the mqsichangebroker command, delete the integration node and create another integration node with the new properties.
