Release qualifiers

IBM offers a public preview for new features for evaluation and testing purposes. Public preview features are considered safe for production use and are supported by IBM, but do not yet meet the general availability criteria, and therefore might undergo additional iteration and improvement of noncritical features. If the public preview feature replaces existing functions, the replacement will be clarified in the product release notes and existing features will remain supported beyond the release that introduces the preview feature.
