Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed:

In some cases, a proxy could not be configured with environment variables. This issue is fixed.
In rare cases, upgrade of a multi-node setup failed with the error "Test file busy." This issue is fixed.
Upgrade failed if the cluster was previously shut down. This issue is fixed.
The configuration could not be saved if the underlying disk was on a different file system. This issue is fixed.
