Viewing subscriptions
Subscriptions represent your entitled usage across a set of environments (grouped by tenant). Each subscription contains your entitlement for that tenant, appearing as line items with a start date and an end date. Since the entitlement and the duration are now grouped on a tenant level, all environments within a tenant will now have the same entitlement start date and end date.

A subscription defines your entitled usage across all environments within a tenant. Each subscription includes your tenant‑level entitlement, shown as line items with a start date and an end date. Difference between tenant‑level subscriptions and environment‑level licenses
Previously, each environment had its own license with separate entitlements and its own start and end dates. You manage and track each environment’s license individually.
With tenant‑level subscriptions, the process becomes simpler. The system groups all entitlements, start dates, and end dates at the tenant level. You no longer distribute or track entitlements for each environment. You manage everything in one place, which enables you to monitor your usage and manage renewals without monitoring expiry dates for each environment.

Do subscriptions impact my entitlement?
Your entitlements do not change. If a tenant has multiple environments with different entitlements and dedicated licenses, the system aggregates those entitlements at the tenant level. All environments within the tenant can use the combined entitlements on a tenant level.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Entitlements appear as line items at the tenant level. Individual environments no longer have their own entitlement quantities or validity dates, which means all environments remain active until the last entitlement in the subscription expires.
The subscription duration is calculated based on the following conditions:
- The earliest start date of any entitlement in the subscription
- The latest end date of any entitlement in the subscription
Within this duration, Individual entitlements still follow their own purchased start and end dates as per your purchase, but the tenant and all environments within it expire only after the final entitlement ends.
