Example events

This example shows how you can monitor the number of relevant events (incidents, issues, and changes) for the cart application. When you define the widget configuration, you can optionally add a comparison badge to better visualize differences from the previous time window, hour, or day.

After you created the event widget, you can view it on your dashboard. The number of events will match the Events View results for the same selected timeframe and query.

In the following screenshot, you can see the first widget that matches the configuration example and other two widgets where the query was modified to include the event.type:incident and event.type:issue in the query.
