.NET Core sensor 1.0.87 provides the following fixes:

Added guards in the RabbitMQ.Client instrumentation for NullReferenceException.
Reintroduced INSTANA_ALLOW_ROOT_EXIT_SPAN to disable root exit spans by setting the value to false when a root span created from an exit span is not required.
