The following issues are fixed:

The stanctl versions identify and stanctl versions list-images commands would fail with an HTTP 401 error.
Air-gapped migration would fail because the pause image was missing in the package.

Upgrade notes

You can upgrade to Self-Hosted Standard Edition 1.11.1 only from Standard Edition 1.9.x and later. To upgrade 1.8.x and earlier versions, you must upgrade to 1.9.x first.

Before you upgrade to Self-Hosted Standard Edition 1.11.1, you must update the mirroring changes.
