Smart Alerts for mobile app

A new blueprint, slowness, with the metric HTTP latency is added in Smart Alerts for mobile apps. With this metric, you can create alerts based on the beacon duration of HTTP requests.

Improvements

Custom call tags and metrics

Previously, when a call was created from both an exit and entry span, custom call tags and metrics were extracted from only one span, with the entry span taking precedence. In this release, custom call tags and metrics are extracted and merged from both spans, with values from the entry span taking precedence.
