Supported versions and operating systems for IBM ACE Tracing
Instana provides tracing support for IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) through native OpenTelemetry tracing for ACE 12.0.7 and later, and by using the Instana ACE Tracing user exit for ACE 11.0.0.x through 12.0.6.x.
The tracing solutions (Instana ACE Tracing user exit and ACE native OpenTelemetry tracing) are installed on the following platforms, with a support policy of 45 days:
