Improvements

• The Gateway component is upgraded to Gateway-v2 by the Instana Enterprise operator as part of the Nginx to Envoy migration by using Envoy as the reverse proxy for Custom Edition. The upgrade includes the addition of a new component that is called the Gateway Controller, which supplies real-time ingress configuration to Gateway-v2 via gRPC. Additionally, new fields are added to the Instana Core custom resource to configure these components. For configuration details, see Gateway configuration.
