DBmarlin

DBmarlin provides insights for deeper database in case of slow database performances or SQL queries, and it has integration with Instana.

Configuring DBmarlin integration

Complete the following steps to integrate database queries that can be analyzed with DBmarlin:

  1. In the Instana UI, click Settings > Integrations > Database.

  2. Select Configure integration on the DBmarlin card.

  3. In the form, enter your instance's URL in the input field.

  4. Optional: Click the URL that appears at the end of the page to test your configuration.

  5. After the configuration is complete, click Save and enable.

On the overview page, you can see that the DBmarlin card now displays a toggle that you can use to enable or disable your integration.
