Collecting logs with OpenTelemetry
You can collect logs from Linux, Windows, or Kubernetes platforms and send them to the Instana agent by using the OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP). Use the OpenTelemetry (OTEL) Collector Contrib package version 0.110.0 or later, which includes many major bug fixes to the OTEL Collector and open source community-driven plug-ins for various scenarios. Download and configuration instructions for this package are provided in the following section.

Collecting Linux system logs
