Explanation
The IMS control region may have terminated before the connection between IMS and
DBRC was completed. In this case the DBRC address space might terminate abnormally
or might not terminate at all.

The IMS control region may have terminated after the DBRC address space had
abnormally terminated.

System action
DBRC may or may not be abnormally terminated.

Operator response
If DBRC is not terminated, you must terminate it using the console.
