DFS0902A RELOAD TERMINATED - TOO MANY SEGMENTS DROPPED

Explanation
 The HDRELOAD Utility received an FM status code
because return code 4 was issued due to HDAM randomizer failures.
As a result, the number of segments dropped (drop count) exceeded
the 10,000 threshold. For more information about the FM status code,
see the DL/I status code information.

System action
 HDRELOAD terminates with abend 0355.

Programmer response
 Fix or replace the randomizer module with
a different one.
