Explanation
 A ddname of IPCSDDIR was not found allocated to
the user.

System action
 The user is prompted for a VOLID. The program
waits until the user responds with a VOLID.  If the user presses Enter
without typing a VOLID, the program ends without starting the IMS Dump
Formatter.

System programmer response
 Type a VOLID and press Enter.
