		Explanation
			
			The IMS region is registered with the System Management Facility (SMF) as an IMS Value Unit Edition (VUE) product. IMS regions are registered with
				SMF during initialization. This message is issued during IMS control region initialization and IMS batch region initialization if the region is registered with SMF as either an IMS
				Database VUE product or an IMS Transaction Manager VUE product.

				registered with SMF as an IMS VUE product.
