DFS3817 SURVEILLANCE KEYWORD PARAMETER IS MISSING OR INVALID

Explanation
 A /CHANGE SURVEILLANCE, /START
SURVEILLANCE, or /STOP SURVEILLANCE command
was rejected for one of the following reasons:   
The SURVEILLANCE parameter was missing or invalid.

More than one SURVEILLANCE parameter was entered.

Valid SURVEILLANCE parameters are LNK,
restart data set (RDS), LOG, and ALL.

System action
 The command is rejected.

Programmer response
 Correct the SURVEILLANCE parameter; then
enter the command again.
