DFS3809 NO LINK SURVEILLANCE - LINK NOT DEFINED

Explanation
 A /START or /STOP
SURVEILLANCE LNK command was entered, but an Intersystem
Communication (ISC) link between the active and the alternate IMS systems
is not defined to IMS.

System action
 The command is rejected.

Operator response
Contact the system programmer.

Programmer response
 Define an ISC link to the XRF-capable IMS system
if you want this type of surveillance.
