 A /START or /STOP
SURVEILLANCE command was entered with more than one SURVEILLANCE
parameter. The SURVEILLANCE parameter must be one of these: 
LNK

RDS

LOG

ALL

System action
 The command is rejected.

Programmer response
 Reenter the command with a single SURVEILLANCE
parameter.
