Explanation
An alternate system in the XRF complex sends this message to the master terminal operator (MTO) if the alternate system fails to locate the SNAPQ checkpoint of the active system after thirty seconds.

Operator response
(master terminal) Determine whether the active system has taken a SNAPQ checkpoint. If not, force a manual SNAPQ checkpoint by entering a /CHE SNAPQ command on the active system. If this message persists after the active system has taken a SNAPQ checkpoint, a problem might exist with the alternate system. Cancel the alternate system with a memory dump.Programmer response
