DFS3632 COMMAND ONLY VALID FOR ISC SESSIONS

Explanation
 A command with the keyword combination NODE or
NODE and USER was entered, where the NODE parameter was not ISC. This
command, with the NODE or NODE and USER keywords included, is valid
only for ISC nodes.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Programmer response
 Reenter the command without the USER keyword
or with a NODE parameter that is ISC.
