Explanation
 The DL/I subordinate address space option was
selected. As part of processing a /MODIFY PREPARE or INITIATE
OLC PHASE(PREPARE) command, the indicated DDNAME cannot
be opened in the DL/I subordinate address space. Either the indicated
DDNAME was not defined in the DL/I subordinate address space region
JCL, or the operating system encountered an error during OPEN processing.
